Within a few hours of me downloading this and Acronis Mobile apps my iPhone 14 Pro had all the settings changed, my phone service with my cell phone provider was completely shut off, and instead of sending out a signal from my hot spot it started emitting a WiFi signal. It finally shut itself off, and when it restarted all AcronisCyberProtect icons and everything was super basic and very pixelated looking, and there was a lot of the iPhone software that was missing. I finally figured out a way to reset everything back to normal after hours of stress but my eSIM was still locked out so I couldn’t make calls or text. An all around really bad experience. I wish I could give this NO STARS!
Can’t login after install. Support chat and phone was worthless.
Unable to sign in on Apple devices.

Downloaded this on my iPhone 6s and iPad Air 2. Logged into my account on both devices and everything backed up as expected within minutes. Very satisfied with this product.
