So I bought ProfitFinder thinking “you get what you pay for” in this case I paid $5 for an app that does not work at all! I input my data and it tells me I’m always millions of dollars negative. According to ProfitFinder even if I buy an item at $1.00 and resell it at $25 I am always loosing money I never make a penny in profits how can that be?! You are better off using your phone’s calculator and use a 29% charge on any eBay sale this incorporates eBay and PayPal fees. This calculation will give you a 0.5% - 1.5% margin of error on your profit/loss per item.
Do not spend your money on ProfitFinder! I cannot emphasize this enough stay away from ProfitFinder it’s a waste of money.
This is happening more and more with apps the developer knows the purchaser won’t like after they try it. They advertise it as FREE for a short time, but when downloaded you have to subscribe before you can even try it. Lesson learned - Look at the poor reviews first, they are probably the only real reviews. So, it has been deleted.
Can not relay on it. Buggy. Sent several emails to DEV about the latest bug and never answered back nor did the DEV fix the bug.
Now i have to find a different app to calculate profits

Reverse calculator to calculate BIN price based on desired margin is not available.
Both are needed before ProfitFinder can be useful.

Crashes every time I select an eBay category. Fix it.
It will not save items so you can not keep list of the items you sold. Or see monthly income. Also, I use iPad Pro the one with the biggest size display. I still had to scrawl to press the bottom, as it does not fit on single display.
Fees are accurate except when you try to calculate the fees for eBay sponsored listings. They add the fees on top of your eBay fees and then add them again as listing fees. It makes the calculation for sponsored listings so difficult. The rest of the calculations seemed accurate...
This is an app that requires a subscription. No thanks
Would be nice to have a field for margin wanted to determine selling price.
It has outdated information for Amazon’s fulfillment cost.
I have been using ProfitFinder. Several years to sell online. Very well worth it to use it and run your numbers before you select items.
