No app exists in a universe all its own. Before designing again, look at some of the truly outstanding magazine apps like Vanity Fair and Flipboard. You compete with these. Is it supposed to give an error every time I correctly enter my credentials (which work on the browser)? It will say it is loading issues, then it will say there is an authentication error. Same credentials used in browser with effective login. Please help.
I can access my GV subscription on the website but can’t log onto AAGrapevineMagazine . My email for tech assistance went unanswered. Seems to be every subscriber’s problem. Get it fixed! Been this way for months.
Since the recent "bug fix", I can not read any of the past issues, the pages seem to be in hiding. I loved AAGrapevineMagazine , but hate the "fix"!!!! Need help!
Purchased a year's subscription in April. In August, they updated AAGrapevineMagazine and have locked me out of my purchase. When I contacted them to straighten it out, felt suspiciously like a phishing exercise.
It takes forever to load, but will load. You have to select the issue you want to read and have to manually navigate to the page you were last reading. Every. Single. Time. Audio consistently does NOT play. For safety issues in the car one link should play the entire issue or at least a section.

It was great until this update. Then it would not recognize or remember my subscription. I called them and had to send in a screen shot (or email) showing my subscription and also tell them my mailing address. Then they emailed me a password and AAGrapevineMagazine works great. Not many complaints. Would be nice if it picked up where I left off, but otherwise outstanding!
Great reading experience on my iPad or iPhone. Nice highlighted links to jump around. I can download issues for reading on airplanes or where there is no WiFi. Just be sure to remember (write down) your user name and password so you will have smooth log ins. Enjoy the GV app. Great reads.
