You had me until I read the part about you checking with local authorities to verify to verify identities if I don’t provide an ID within 30 days. You say it’s for age validation yet I have never seen a clause like this in T&C’s and makes me wonder if there’s something more to this than meets the eye. Regardless that’s an insane invasion of privacy from a mobile app and absolutely not going to be agreed to on my end- deleting and moving on.

This is a good app BUT there is always issues with it. Like right now the app won’t open it’s been spinning every time I open it for the past week and that’s been happening like every other week. It will work one week or two then it will not work and just keep spinning. It won’t let me collect my daily coins, it’s getting to the point where I’m ready to delete it.

I get all kinds of messages about not being able to connect to the central system, but my credits always seem to be there. Also, the Carnival in Rio game just quit working with another strange message. These glitches are quite annoying and reporting to customer service yields a returned message ( using their own link) that the message never went through. Fun when it works!
