I haven’t played COC for a year or longer. Someone has been using my email and account on this app for months. I used my old password I know to login, but when I try to change the password (because of the hacker) it says that that password isn’t correct. Even though that’s the one I used to login to the account.
Somebody made an account with my email, and I managed to guess the password.

I just downloaded this, and it said an account was already made with my email, I logged in with the password I tried using when making an account, and found a random account with a dog picture, and a display name “Stuff”.

Honestly I don’t see the purpose of this app. I downloaded it and it’s just low resolution pictures of base layouts. It is also not up to date. TH13 and TH12 base layouts are kind of ridiculous as well. If you’re looking for ideas for a base layout I think you’re better off searching it on the internet.
