Backup problems and a horrible game of chance

I had a iPhone 6 that was stolen. I got a 7. Proceeded to restore all my apps from
My iCloud. Everything was exactly where I left off, but now I can't save my data. Tells me already in use by another device. Tried to contact their support multiple times and never heard back. It’s been over 15 months and they still have not gotten back to me.
I can't even tell you how many souls I've spent ( at this point probably about 50,000) i I have YET to get 1 unique weapon. I have gotten unique gear rings and necklaces but not 1 wep. Thinking this is rigged so you have to spend real money on it. Sorry to say but your "gear" packages are a rip off. Not worth the price point at all. ( ya the ones for $100 are a complete rip off) I like to know what makes you think those packages are worth the prices you charge for them. AAA titles don't break the bank as much as these "free" to plays games are.
If it wasn't for the 2 massive problems above it would easily be a 4-5 star game as it is a fun dungeon crawler until you hit pay walls.
The pvp is a joke and needs to be reworked completely.
To get stones to upgrade your wep tier or your pet be ready to spend a crap load or money or grind for months on end.

Okay so I’ve been playing this game for a few days, was loving it. But now I can’t even proceed. I’m out of gold, I don’t feel like farming for 10 hours to get some gold just to upgrade gear that’s not even gonna help. This game is a pay to play game at most. Bump up the amount of souls for the money and I’ll consider buying them. But the ads? Seriously? This isn’t a tv show where every 5 mins 20 commercials show. I actually enjoy this game, but it quit giving me daily souls and energy, and now I’m out of gold and I’m not sitting there watching ads for hours or grinding for days when that wouldn’t even help. This needs a change, SOON. 😘💅🏻
