After letting my rivals subscription lapse for some time, I tried to resubscribe, paid for a year's subscription and as told I now have access to rivals and On3. When I tried to log on I got a wrong credentials message. Changed my password and user name to no avail. Got online with customer support and they said they would connect me to a specialist who could help me and suggested to do it by phone for a charge of $5.00 I said ok and was told I would receive a phone call in under 5 minutes. I never got a call. Now, being very suspicious I found an Ask ? customer service phone and told the agent what happened and demanded my credit card not be charged. which she did and sent me confirmation of not only the $5.00 charge but an additional $40..00 overcharge. Now, I am concerned as the have my credit card number and additional info on me. A SCAM!! When I tried to cancel my subscription they said I must pay a $24.99 cancel it for something I haven't and can't please connect me to a supervisor who can resolve this mess - also explain the attempted scam and my card vulnorability. Thank you

Could be much better

There are many basic functions available from the traditional website log in that are still missing from the app. Sometimes there are many threads on the web site that will not display from the app. Drives me nuts to get an alert that someone has replied to me directly only to find the thread isn’t shown on the app. Usually you can close the app and restart the phone to fix but how often do you want to do that? I’ve had the app for three years now but rarely use it because they never address the issues. They already have my money and don’t seem to care. ** Rivals still hasn’t fixed a thing so I have down graded my rating to one star.
Worst App of any kind anywhere

I cannot list all the faults with this app that has been existence for many years and just gets worse each new version. Today there is no refresh on the game thread for my teams bowl game. So it is unusable today in biggest game of year. Does not refresh, does not go to first post, font background is now almost 100% white, font size is super small ( cannot read with trifocals). All other apps except this one and web pages are fine. App cancels randomly. I could go in but absolute worst for someone paying 9.95 a month. Will soon look for other options as years of this with no effort to correct is beyond ridiculous.

I really dislike the navigation. You cannot refresh a page which means you have to keep going back to see what posts have been added. Most of the other navigation is clumsy to put it nicely. Such as if you go to a link to a story from a forum post it returns you to the story page rather than the post. Etc. etc.
There is no way to edit any new posts you write or any comments you make. You have to post the bad typo and then go to their editing tool. But if you don't the cursor in the right spot you are screwed. You also can only edit one issue at a time requiring you to go back in when you have multiple typos.
All in all very very disappointing.
