I’ve been using this app for a while and if there’s one thing I learned is that people are so rude. I got made fun of countless of times for having a kpop profile picture to the point I had to change it to a non kpop one to not get made fun of. People find a way to break the rules. Can you guys just maybe have a moderator in each room so they can kick off those people? People even called me the n word with the er and made fun of black history because I was getting upset and arguing back at them for making fun of me in the first place and mind you I’m black myself. Y’all really need to step up when it comes to these rude people because there’s too many of them that rule this app. This app used to be fun but now the joy was just taken away. And when people waste the songs they should do a redo so somebody that actually wanted it can get a chance to sing it because who knows when that song will come around again you know? And in terms of reporting nothing really gets done about them so what’s the point in saying ‘you can report the user’ if nobody is doing anything to stop them? And you let the same people grab the mic over and over and when somebody like me finally sings and fails one time we can’t get a song for a round or two even if we grab the song fast. I really want to enjoy this app truly but everyday people make it so hard to.

I got this app for like two weeks and decided to try the vip version (so I could have unlimited mike grabs) but my money wasted for nothing with automobiles renewal wether I want that or not ?! And there’s no place in the app even cancel your subscription for the next coming month if u no longuet want vip!? But trust me that’s not the worst part, it drained my mental health so much cuz of how people on the app itself create this circle of rating someone base profile/voice/gains and depending on do they’ll either be super nice in ridicule level or just to talk jerks for no reason🤯 there’s so much favoritism/appearance judgement and privilege within this app?! 😭😭more like a pageant show act than a singing app and with the help that I will never download or recommend it to someone in my lifetime again. My account was @ Da baby✨🎀 and I ask for my subscription to be canceled. I don’t even want my money back I absolutely want nothing to do with such inside toxic platform !!!⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️❌❌❌❌💯

Okay so lemme start by saying this is probably the best karaoke app out there, especially since u don’t have to pay to unlock songs and they have parties and a mix grab feature. First of all, the mic grab feature has its own issues. The same people (even if they do get low scores) are chosen again and again to sing. I sat in the mic grab for an hour and a half and didn’t get picked last night. Second, some songs don’t work for some reason? I tried to sing speechless by Lady Gaga and it never loads, and I’ve tried to sing it multiple times over the past few months. Third, my airpods disconnect every time I chose a song now, which I don’t understand. I got them solely for this purpose because regular earbuds sound staticky. Lastly, every time I try and use the app now it says I have an unstable network, which makes no sense considering my wifi is fine and everything else on my phone is working fine. I’ve restarted my phone, redownloaded the app and restarted my router and nothing has helped!! I just wanna use this app again so if anyone can be of any help I’d really appreciate it because I’m struggling with it a lot.
