Don’t Review Until After A Week

I’ve seen this type of review quite a number of times. This app works well for about a week then ultimately became unreliable, never able to connect to play the radio and instead plays preset music. I have great wifi and zero connectivity issues to the internet so I’m unsure of why this cannot “connect”. If you have this app definitely set a regular alarm as a backup because the preset music is sometimes too soft no matter how loud I set the volume. An app that has been around for several years and people continuously have the same problems means no one is really monitoring or updating this app from a developer standpoint. Such a shame because I did enjoy the app when it worked!
What good is an alarm that doesn’t work?

I love all the features this app offered but it doesn’t work. I’ve tried testing it and it works fine but every time I’ve set it to wake me up, it hasn’t worked. I’ll get the short burst from the backup alarm but if that was enough to wake me up, I wouldn’t have downloaded this.
I’m so disappointed because, if it worked, this would have been a lifesaver. I see this same issue in other reviews so why isn’t it addressed? The problem could be user error, of course, but there’s no information to help me correct that.

I can’t tell you how many mornings it didn’t go off. I always needed a second alarm clock since I was over an hour late to work the first time I got it and it never went off. It says it has a “backup alarm”- interesting. Not sure where it was the 8 or so times it never went off this month. I’m switching to another app.
