Hi, I recently subscribed and when I'm logged in, the web app is extremely slow when using Firefox. If I log out, it goes back to normal. When I enter a location into the search field it is very slow displaying the characters, as if it's doing something very cpu intensive between each character. I also tried restarting the browser and clearing cache. thanks
Bonjour, Je me suis inscris sur UAV Forecast via mon PC de bureau. Comment puis-je m'y connecter à partir de mon smartphone ou d'un autre PC portable ? Merci
I am unable to cancel this service. I am billed every month and there is no way to turn it off. No one is responding to my emails or messages. There is no phone number to call. Please respond.

This app works just fine on my iPhone, but not on my iPad. Constantly get message to turn on location services on the Pad...they ARE turned on. Tried switching on/off location services as well as the settings within the app. Also tried deleting the app and re-installing...no luck. Could not find any notice that this is only for iPhone, but for me that seems to be the case. Nice that I can use this on my phone, but there are times when it is more convenient to use the pad (and easier on my old eyes).

It is easy to locate in the App Store and to “get” it for the most part it is quite easy to figure out . There are a few features that should be explained. First time users might not realize how the OK TO FLY message is triggered ...... this seems to key off the altitudes and max wind speeds entered by the user ..... Which in itself should be explained However I sometimes see the NOT OK TO FLY message When the conditions would indicate that it is OK There is no explanation So it seems like an incorrect message is being shown.
It does not seem to be a truly reliable source of information for this reason

Worked great at first. Accurate and dependable. No problems till I got a new phone. Then, it wouldn’t transfer my account. Now it refuses to work at all. So I must find a replacement for it. Nothing good is going to last. Which is a shame, because this was one of the most useful apps I’ve ever had.
