I Use to Love ❤️ this App before they changed it. We use to be able to down load video easily with this app. Now It won’t even work on my cell phone 📲 anymore. The browser that lets us download won’t even open up anymore with out us using a desktop 🖥 computer. WHO USE A DESKTOP ANYMORE?! Only Bus... Show more

Downloading is easy, but a few tweaks could make it great.
1)Transfer to the computer is only through WiFi, which can be fickle at times. There should be an option to export to your phone so you can connect the phone to the computer and transfer that way.

As others have mentioned the app would we 5 stars, key word being would. The app does its job. But the problems comes after the upgrade.
