I have several French dictionaries in book form but DictionnaireFrançais is the only one I use anymore. The definitions are sourced from multiple dictionaries and I always find the meaning that I am looking for. Be aware that a all the entries are in French.

This is a great French dictionary that would be very helpful to a student that is currently learning the language. It clearly defines and offers the conjugation in different tenses.

App amazing, content fabulous. Sometimes ago I tried to get a good app for French dictionary ( Larousse, Le Robert….) to no avail . Thank you for the idea

All I’ll ever need!

Simple interface, but it works efficiently and offers comprehensive definitions.

Also, for those using an iPad with keyboard (including iPad Pro), It works properly in LANDSCAPE MODE! You’d be surprised how many major company apps (major airlines) will only work in portrait orientation, which is really annoying when using an attached keyboard.
