Contact Cool Symbols Keyboard Fonts Support

I hate this app. I literally spent lots of time looking for general, it doesn’t come up, i go to roblox and try my keyboard, and I realize I got ripped off 🤦‍♀️. This always happens. I was looking for an app that could change my fonts and turn off auto correct and I was scrolling through so many they did not work so I DELETED them. I finally found something that look like it would actually WORK. I can’t find the general for this either. What a waste of time I guess I will just keep looking with hope that I will come across an app that won’t just waste my perfect time. Anyway I should not have downloaded this because I just had two hours wasted on this😞

I’ve been using this app since 2019. I’ve never had to pay for any subscription until recently. I cannot use most of the symbols without paying. I do not mind paying, but what bothers me is that it is a MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION. $3 a month. That is $36 a year. It is also $108 for all the time I’ve been using it for I’d happily pay $5 or maybe even $10, but this price is absurd. Even XBox game pass is $10 monthly but I get more out of that than this application (considering most of the games on the pass would cost me $40-$60 anyways). Do not install. It is a cash grab.

I used to have this app and I had all of the symbols and they were great! However, I got a new phone so I had to re-download it and when I went to use it, all of the symbols I used to have were locked. I tried to use the “restore purchases” feature to see if it would unlock them but it told me that there were no purchases to restore. I also tried to to use the “contact us” button but every time I clicked it, the app would shut down. Very disappointed. I used to love this app but unless I somehow get the other symbols back, I definitely won’t be using it.
