Ola Cabs Erfahrungen und Bewertung

Due to technical issues, the email to verify my account was never sent to me. I tried several times and reached out to ola-customer care since Oct 2019. It is now February 2020 and they haven’t helped me with that, so I haven’t been able to use the app at all. What’s even more frustrating is that I’ve been trying to get them to delete my account and my personal information from their servers for several months as well now. I asked customer care 3 times to delete my account and they haven’t done anything but sending me generic emails that do not help. Because of their behavior, I do not feel comfortable with that company having my personal information.

Its hard to find cabs from my place to main city in Allahabad. The behavior of the drivers is highly unprofessional. They have tp be groomed up before getting enrolled for Ola. They accept n cancel the bookings on their own terms and conditions. Ola has to find some decent options for small cities with professionalism.

I had booked a cab from train station to my home at 6:30 in the morning, where there was neither traffic or any demand. The App showed a reasonable price which was why I had proceeded with the booking and when I reached the destination, I was surprised to see the cost of my commute spiked to exhibit at levels, then I decided that day would be my last day of booking any OLA ....

I have used Ola for a long time and was really happy with the service.

The last experience from Ola software and support has really started annoying me:
1) I took a ride to airport and paid by card as per my app.
2) I get notice from Ola indicating of “legal action” and link to clear my bill. The link does not work.
3) I use the app to contact via mail and nobody ever answers.
4) There is no mail ID I reach out to the guys.

So dear Ola, hope you understand sending messages indicating legal action with above flaws is unjust.

Please improve your customer service and check your systems a bit.

Unfortunately I can’t update the app with my local Indian number. The app keeps says it’s the wrong OTP number in-spite of it being the correct number.

Very options to check the app for custom service and a direct contact to overcome the situation.

I takes me always ages to get rides and drivers coming towards me but cancel then or they just drive 10min away from me!

The customer support is horrible as well! You can‘t even complain or report a driver when he passes you and drives 10min away from you then!

Can’t disable daily promotional notifications, we can only disable all notifications-this also blocks the essential ride notifications.
Please add an option to filter out promotional notifications

Love it. Used it for 3 weeks in India.

For me as a foreigner, Ola cabs is an easy an convinced way to travel around. Only the OTP could be a little bigger to see it easier, especially in dim light.

The pick up time change several times from 12min to 16min, from 6min to 10min. We have been waiting for about 30min for the pick up.

Why can’t the app function without location services being enabled. We should be allowed to use the app with from and to addresses.

In Hubli-Dharwad, Karnataka, OLA is not at all available.
Please remove this place from APP.
All drivers here are abusing customers and asking double or triple money if in case we get some rides. Absolutely no respect for customer.

There is no way to track if driver canceled the ride and these people have no control over it, Ola service is getting pathetic day by day.

Drivers cancel the rides based on their convenience. They waste the passengers time.

Pushes ads constantly.
Multiple times per week.

How can it be that almost no driver speaks English and is canceling on you and you are not able to review them for canceling?

For just 3 hours too much cost was taken..not fair

Prices are too high

i receive the 4 digits OTP to my german phone number but the app would say there was a technical error thus does not go to the screen where i can register.
some kind of bug i believe

No possibility to recharge and system failure for longer period.
