I was looking for a drive, the app was looking for a driver for 5min, so I decided to close the app and walk. Then they charged for the drive. I didn’t accept or order anything.
Customer support is useless. Deleting this app. Uber is 1000x better.

Multiple complains sent to customer service since July 2018 and still no answer. They’re now claiming 40$, including fees for a debt recovery agency. Unbelievable.

If you are new to this. I highly recommend not to take cette application from Bangalore airport.

charges extra after booking, charges cancellation fee for no reason.

Worst app ever. Always had problem with waiting so long, charged for cette application who never came. I do not recommend this app.

Still app is not working for iPhone.

I just booked a cab to be on time for my train, the stupid driver cancelled without warning me I had to call him !!
The service is not reliable, don't trust it if you have something important especially during the night

If you don't speak the local language and don't have a GPS on your phone do not use this app. The drivers don't speak English (I use it in India), hardly know the city and do not want to use their GPS not to use data!

Since the upgrade, not working at all, the app close itself everytime i try to open it

A part le cette application rental pour partir une journée en déplacement tout le reste n’est pas fiable. Les chauffeurs annulent, ne parle pas anglais...
Leur concurrent Ub.. est bien plus simple d’utilisation et bien plus fiable !!

cette application must have option to carry baggage details as many drivers refuse to accept or ask more money .. need to be updated

cette application Cab est Ola obligatoire pour négocier les trajets en Rickshaw / taxi en Inde ! Vraiment bien fait et accessible aussi aux étrangers : parfait !

This app is badly designed and the service is poor. The delay announced at the time of booking is completely erratic, especially in peak hours. Sometimes the app tells you the driver has arrived but when you call him he is still miles away.
Finding the OTP number is more difficult than finding Wally... It’s anybody’s guess why the number is so small. If by any chance you happen to change section on the app, good luck to getting back to where you were and finding this damned OTP. If you do not speak perfect Hindi, forget about using this app: don’t even think of practicing your Hindi with the drivers, you’ll just get in overdrive. One very annoying thing is that the driver does not know where you’re going before you give them this famous OTP. So they will call you at one point (that may take some minutes) and then cancel after throwing at you some BS excuse if they’re not interested. All the drivers I tried were rated 4,7 stars and above: how some of them managed to get such a rating is just a mystery to me...
