Wir haben diese App in vielen Städten in Südamerika genutzt, weil wir das Konzept und die Firmenpolitik besser finden als Uber. Man fühlt sich bei der Fahrt sicher und in der Regel läuft alles sehr angenehm.
Ein echter Minuspunkt ist allerdings, dass wir in manchen Städten oft sehr lange warten mussten bis eine Fahrt zustande kam. Dabei ist es leider überhaupt nicht hilfreich, dass Cabify immer behauptet: „Maximale Wartezeit: 5 Minuten“ So verlieren Kunden schnell die Geduld und wechseln zur Konkurrenz. Eine ehrliche Wartezeit wäre besser.
Zudem fehlen diese App auch in der Bedienung noch ein paar praktische Features, die es bei der Konkurrenz gibt.

App stürzt gelegentlich ab; Kreditkarte anzumelden funktionierte nicht; warum ich meine Personalausweisnummer angeben muss, ist mir schleierhaft.
Ansonsten alles gut - als Cabify dann lief und eingerichtet war (dafür sollte man sich ~20min Zeit nehmen), funktionierte alles gut. Fahrer sehr sympathisch, Auto sauber etc.

Ich wollte mir ein E Moped ausleihen. Dies geht aber nur mit Führerschein und Ausweis, die man zuvor abfotografieren muss. Gesagt getan. Nach Tagen stand sowohl bei meinem Führerschein als auch bei meinem Ausweis, dass diese noch nicht verifiziert wurden. Ich habe diese dann noch jeweils zwei mal an verschiedenen Tagen neu hochgeladen. Plötzlich hieß es, mein Führerschein sei abgelaufen. (Was absolut nicht der Fall ist). Mein Ausweis blieb weiterhin nicht verifiziert. An sich ein tolles Angebot, sich Mopeds so scheinbar „unkompliziert“ ausleihen zu können, aber wenn man als Tourist nach einer Woche immer noch keine Rückmeldung bezüglich seiner Dokumente hat, dann bringt das tolle Angebot recht wenig.

Wir wollten aus Sevilla zum Flughafen. Der Fahrer hat aber die Hotel Adresse nicht gefunden und ich musste ihn in der Umgebung suchen. Dann mussten wir unser Gepäck zum Auto schleppen. Die entstandene Wartezeit hat man uns im Nachhinein in Rechnung gestellt. Somit war es teurer als mit einem normalen Taxi, was unsere Hotel Adresse auf anhieb gefunden hatte. Auto war OK Fahrer nett, aber nächstes mal wieder Taxi fahren. App gelöscht!

Ich habe eine Reise von Barcelona Flughafen nach Cunit gestern Nacht bestellt. Der Fahrer kam nicht zu meinem Ort, sondern zu einem anderen Parkplatz. Ich habe ihn eine Stunde gesucht und nicht gefunden. Der Fahrer hat leider nur Spanisch gesprochen, ich habe ihn nicht verstanden, wo genau er steht. Danach war er weg. Nach 10 Minuten habe ich eine Rechnung von 36 Euro bekommen. Ich würde Cabify nächstes Mal nicht nutzen.

Let people know where to wait for the driver in Airports. That's a simple task and avoids trouble for driver and guest.
The driver and cars are very good without exception.

Beim ersten öffnen komme ich in Einstellungen beim zweiten kommt startbildschirn und hängt sich auf. Vers 1.0.O greift in System steuerung ein. Vorsicht!!

Die Fahrten sind definitiv teurer als bei Mitbewerbern (mytaxi,...). Außerdem bekomme ich regelmäßig und ohne Einwilligung Meldungen bei Terminen im Kalender mit diese App-Angeboten.

I ordered a drive by this app because I thought it is trustable and I didn’t wanted to be ripped of from a taxi driver as a tourist. I wanted to book a fix priced drive, that was not possible because of the waiting time of 15 min for that.. (why actually?) so I booked a taxi drive through the app with an estimated price of 22-25€. In the end i payed 39€!! So probably even worse than I expected a usual taxi service to be. The taxi driver did everything possible to increase the price of the drive : he did not drive the estimated route but an huge detour using speedway and changed the Tarif zone twice while driving! With every change the price rose much faster. When in asked him about that he lied to me and sad the taximeter is only there for the police?! And that this is not the price I have to pay. He sad the app is calculating the price. Well in the end the way to high taximeter price was the one debited from my account and I did not even know it while being in the taxi and evaluating the price. I contacted the capify service several times for help but they barely answered and were unwilling to help. I am very disappointed about this experiences and will never use the app again. I hoped for a save and uncomplicated driving service and got the opposite. I can not recommend this app in any way.

Drei Tage vorher reserviert und dann 1 Minute vor Abfahrt gecancelt! Da wurde die Fahrt zum Flughafen ein wenig hektisch!

We used it several times in Lisbon and Porto and it works perfectly for both scheduled and spontaneous travels. If you travel with several passengers it becomes cheaper than the public transport. Absolutely recommend!

The app is a bit slow to respond to a request where I live at least (Rio de Janeiro) as there aren’t as many drivers as Uber’s. Also the complaints system is slow and cumbersome (not almost instantaneous as Uber) and I did not find out how to edit the destination of a started trip.

I have experienced that I had to wait for a car more than 5 mins and other diese App cars were passing. One time I was talking to a driver at the airport and he couldn‘t take me on board of his car and I had to wait for 10 mins.

Nie wieder! Fahrer hat mich nicht gefunden, habe versucht ihn anzurufen, ohne Erfolg. Nach 5 Minuten war er weg und mir wurde die Fahrt abgerechnet!! Ich lösche die App und werde meinen Freunden empfehlen dasselbe zu tun!
