Due to technical issues, the email to verify my account was never sent to me. I tried several times and reached out to ola-customer care since Oct 2019. It is now February 2020 and they haven’t helped me with that, so I haven’t been able to use the app at all. What’s even more frustrating is that I’ve been trying to get them to delete my account and my personal information from their servers for several months as well now. I asked customer care 3 times to delete my account and they haven’t done anything but sending me generic emails that do not help. Because of their behavior, I do not feel comfortable with that company having my personal information.

I had booked a cab from train station to my home at 6:30 in the morning, where there was neither traffic or any demand. The App showed a reasonable price which was why I had proceeded with the booking and when I reached the destination, I was surprised to see the cost of my commute spiked to exhibit at levels, then I decided that day would be my last day of booking any OLA ....

I have used Ola for a long time and was really happy with the service.
The last experience from Ola software and support has really started annoying me:
1) I took a ride to airport and paid by card as per my app.
2) I get notice from Ola indicating of “legal action” and link to clear my bill. The link does not work.
3) I use the app to contact via mail and nobody ever answers.
4) There is no mail ID I reach out to the guys.
So dear Ola, hope you understand sending messages indicating legal action with above flaws is unjust.
Please improve your customer service and check your systems a bit.
