Die Barclays App öffnet sich nicht. Anscheinend ist das Problem bekannt (Laut Netz) jedoch noch nicht behoben 🤔

Hej, seit kurzem trage ich eine Lesebrille. Bei meiner Barclays -App benutze ich " Face ID" was mir mein aktuelles Problem beschert hat. Habe meine Brille schon auf der Nase vor der Face ID Anmeldung und vermute ,dass meine Barclay-App mich gesperrt hat. Bei neu Anmeldung meldet die Barclay-App "Es ist ein technischer Fehler aufgetreten. Bitte versuchen Sie es zu einem späteren Zeitpunkterneut." Frage: Wie bekomme ich meine Barclay-App wieder frei geschaltet? Über eine Positive Rückmeldung bedanke ich mich im Voraus.
