Very bad app - almost nothing works and customers are left to figure out workarounds. Customer service is full of idiots who can't even understand what issue is being described and offer suggestions that are unrelated to the issue and generally make no sense. Absolutely shameful service quality at too many levels. Also you lost your customer data recently and now you're lying about why you can't save credit cards. Failure of leadership and employees.
