The main problem I have with this app is that even though it allows you to buy a ticket with certain foreign credit cards in theory, it’s not possible.
You have to put in a billing address & while it will let you choose the country, it will only let you choose U.S. states. There is no way to leave this part blanc or anything. So buying a ticket with a foreign credit card is actually made impossible.
This issue resulted in me having to pay cash on the bus & then buy a day-pass at the train station. I called the easy card financial center to get a refund & they did not see a reason to do so even though their faulty app forced to pay 1/3 more than necessary for the same service.
