I loved Citibike in NYC, but this Miami App is just a mess. Constantly crashing, very slow in response. I tried 3 times to put in a payment method but it crash’s all the time. I ended up getting an other rental bike.
Doesn‘t work with a German number. Never got the verification sms.
Verification SMS is not send to European mobile number.
Can’t use it, confirmation SMS won’t arrive to my German number despite preselected country code in the app.
Never received any Code on either of my european phone numbers. Also no response from the Helpdesk. Totally useless Service.
Text messages are not being send. There is no other way to register. I have spend 40 minutes and no result.
Super slow or not responding at all, Design like from 2007, No signup with payment other than US credit cards possible. Total trash.

Does not work - what a mess! I used them in London & NYC and they worked pretty well - why not in Miami?
Wie schon erwähnt wurde geht CitiBikeMiami nicht mit deutscher Nummer. Peinlich… Seit über einem Monat keine Besserung.
I have a regular American number and the verification code never came. App straight up doesn’t work.
Funktioniert leider nicht mit deutschem Mobiltelefon.
It‘s crashing 49 out of 50 times. Hardly usable.
