Been trying to use the app over the last years. Apart from. Ring very user unfriendly, it constantly freezes or just shuts down. No point in downloading!

You can‘t Download a status Card for your Apple Wallet. Some functions are just available when you log into the mobile website!

Since the last update nothing works. App shut often down, very long loading, mile overview cant‘t be loaded! Hey Korea, i thoght you‘re a Hightech country 😔

Schade app schließt sich nach dem starten wieder von alleine lässt sich gar nicht mehr starten Support mehr sprachen !

Why is it only in Korean language and not in English?

In general it’s a nice try to release this app made obviously for the Korean market only. It seems they just let a translating computer ran thru. Too many clicks an touches, boring long reaction time and I still miss important features when it comes to the loyalty program. No download of the status card into Apples wallet (they should immediately offer as travellers need to have to show this when they fly). It is absolutely useless without internet access and it’s somehow just not made for clients out of the country. But isn’t airline business at all a global business?

The app is functionwise ok.
But the huge issue is the lacking option, to add the Asiana Club Card to the Wallet!
That would enable to use the digital card offline as well.
This is an absolute must for every Frequent Flyer program.
