Hi there! I bought a subscription for the app on the 8th of December. Since then I can’t login in. I sent three messages to the support-team - no answer in three weeks. Mind you, I already paid for this month without being able to use the app.
Also I can’t end the subscription because I can’t login. Messaged with the social-media-team but also here no one helped. I was asked to be more patient. Like how patient? Comments get deleted immediately! Very unprofessional and I’m very disappointed!
App comes with a lot of bugs.

I love Mari, I love the community she has built. But this app has some serious issues, today (day 4 of using the app) I went to the gym and couldn’t start the app. I was only shown the Slay App logo. It was frozen. I did everything the support team suggested but in the end had to delete the app and reinstall. All my workouts were gone, all the weights I had typed in and saved, gone. I think the idea of the app is good but there are just better developed apps for the same price available, so I won’t continue my fitness journey with the Slay app and I can’t say I’d recommend it either.
