I can’t open the App since the new update. As soon as I try to open it, it crashes.
I deleted it and re-installed it a couple of times, but it still doesn’t work. Hope this issue will be fixed soon, since I won’t be able to use this App otherwise unfortunately!

OCR for passport scan doesn't work. Also has to start over with a secondary email adress, as the my initial email login throws an error, as well as resetting the password (same error).
Not reliable app that is absolutely necessary to enter Canada right now.
I don’t know why but the app was completely in french language. This made it very very hard for me to enter my contact information. And there is no option for changing the language.
Sry, we did complete all the suggested tasks till the end and both devices are in a perfect internet connection.
But the app says there is no connection to the internet and cannot end the sub.

I downloaded the App in the german Apple Store but everything is in spanish. I am not able to change the language. Help!

The app seems to be designed for travelers who will enter and STAY in Canada. Questions on quarantine are therefore irrelevant.

Das Reisedokument musste eingegeben werden, weil in Scan nicht funktionierte. Ansonsten top.
The app is great so far! The only thing I’m missing is a calling or video chat option. Not everyone currently coming into Canada has a Canadian number at the destination, but most have wifi access. Adding this feature would definitely make it easier to comply with the requirements.
Would be great to have possibility to give travellers different purposes if travelling though traveling together
Eg I will return home but my mum from Germany is coming along to visit me for 2 weeks…

We find the App very user friendly.
The APP was really helpful to get more understanding was is mandatory to arrive in Canada. Further with the upload function it helps to see which kind of documents are necessary.
Leider ist ArriveCAN fehlerhaft. Reisedaten wurden hinterlegt und leider später in App nicht mehr auffindbar gewesen...Das selber ist passiert nachdem ich den Vorgang erneut gemacht hatte....
