Auch nach mehreren Versuchen funktioniert SATUSEHAT nicht!!! Nach emailangabe keine Antwort! Länderschlüssel 062 nicht veränderbar! Katastrophe!

App is needed to enter any public space (check in). Foreigners cannot use the check in because the vaccination certificate cannot be added. Any support requests have been ignored.

Worst app I have ever seen!!!!!

As far as I know the app is the only way to generate an eHAC, which is mandatory to enter Indonesia. But unfortunately, it is not working at all. When trying to submit the data, I only get a very generic error stating „not successful“. I tried many times, even using another phone. It always fails. That makes the app completely useless.

I‘m fully vaccinated, have NIK and Indonesian vaccination card and certificate. Trying to get this integrated into the App since weeks by try and error! only error! Developer neither answers any email enquiries now answers phone calls. Worst government App ever issued! A shame that this will soon be obligatory for traveling…

Already fully vaccinated, have an account but certificates aren’t integrated on it. Tried to retrieve it but always failed to integrate it. Contacted the helpdesk and it was a waste of time. They don’t know what they’re doing and only respond using email draft that they have. You need to hire more competent people. Such a shame.

Not working at all, had to put in everything twice… no it deleted all my data again and I can’t put it back in because the app is not working…

Also the support is not answering any messages!

Not possible to entern my birthday or vaccination day, just the actual day is accepted as input and thus the system rejects anything else.
Unfortunately, rating 0 stars is not possible also

Non functional. The app crashes, gets stuck, doesn’t work. It’s frustrating. If you want people to use this then fix it!!!

SATUSEHAT funktioniert gar nicht. Man kann sein Impfzertifikat nicht hinzufügen. Wie soll man bitte so einreisen können?!?

Nothing is working. I‘m trying to verify a vaccine from germany and the page on your app is just empty. Literally rubbish! I tried contacting your Instagram but no answer either. This is hopeless.

Sign up bottom not showing, explains all the 1 star reviews. Gov should provide working App when they require to use it!

Bad performance, always shows an hourglass. You cannot find your vaccine certificate and PCR Antigen tests don't show up.

Cant „claim“ my foreign vaccination certificate approved by the Indonesian Health Authorities. App recommends to claim foreign vaccine but don’t provide the option. Therefore I am not able to complete the claim.

Banyak permasalahan yang dialami oleh WNI yang berkunjung ke Indonesia dikarenakan tidak bisa mendaftarkan sertifikat vaksin yang sudah mereka terima sebelum keberangkatan ke Indonesia.

Mohon opsi ini ditambahkan disertai dengan sistem verifikasi anda yang terkesan ribet sekali untuk pengguna ponse pintar.

Ditambah lagi integrasi antara PeduliLindungi dan juga PeduliWNI dari Kemenlu sejatinya diperlukan untuk para perantau, agar memudahkan pengguna nya juga. Terima kasih.

If I tap on „Travel Regulations“ they are shown in Bahasa Indonesia but not in English.

Please add a function to use this app in English.
