The app worked quite well with a few bugs here and there for a while but now I can’t make any phone calls from the iOS app anymore. I’ve contacted the customer service over a week ago and they still couldn’t fix the problem. For me CloudTalk is way too unreliable to use like this.

Unfortunately, the implementation is not super good. If you are in a phone call via the Iphone and get a Cloudtalk call, it sometimes automatically hung up. About 80% of the time you can not answer the calls directly, as soon as you answer, you hear nothing, in most cases it helps to turn speakers on and off, then you can talk to customers on the phone. I have an Iphone 14Pro, so it's not my device. What is also annoying is that the app consistently tries to put the calls through. Even if you deactivate mobile internet for cloudtalk in the settings, you get a notification about the calls that interrupts everything. I would like to see a DO NOT DISTURB button!

The app is easy to use and set up. Notification works well and most of the calls go through in the first go. Extremely easy to set up and use. It just works and does what it promises. Easy to integrate with CRMs (even when we are using Zoho). It has all the features that you'll need in a solution like this - call recording, call logging, listening into calls, call tagging. Customer support is super fast and responsive. They almost every time can solve your issues. We are working in Emerging markets, where VoIp services are extremely difficult to get. With the help of their call masking functionality, we can use local numbers. This is not available with all the vendors and CloudTalk is the only few that does it with ease.
