AZ511 works in conjunction with the Arizona Department of Transportation's AZ511.gov, the Arizona Traveler Information website, to provide the latest information on conditions along the state highway system.
Users will receive information on delays, crashes, construction and closures, as well as alternate routes to help drivers avoid backups.
COMMERCIAL VEHICLE DRIVERS: Large trucks are prohibited on State Route 89A between Flagstaff and Sedona, State Route 89A between Clarkdale and Prescott Valley, and State Route 89 between Prescott and US 93 northwest of Wickenburg.
Suggested alternate routes shown on az511.gov are generated automatically by a third party and can include local roads.
Drivers can get real-time information on their routes by entering their destinations into the app.
Travelers may also save regularly used routes and receive alerts along those routes.
Please enter drive mode for audio alerts while on the road.
Motorists may view ADOT’s statewide network of cameras on the app.
It is not safe to use your phone while driving.
