this app needs accurate consumption readings and meter balance inside the app. Its so annoying always having to check everything on the meter itself
Payments done via app disappear

Made a payment to my meter via the app. Received a sms for confirmation, but the meter was never credited. Now fighting to get the credit. Although I have proof of payment woth the sms and the phone cash, ECG is not reacting. Don’t use this app, ECG will steal the money.
You guys can do better
