Lumen Erfahrungen und Bewertung

Hier kauft man das Gerät für ~ 200,- und ohne es zu wissen, gleich ein Abo von unglaublichen ~ 200,- pro Vierteljahr extra dazu. Ich bin unglaublich entsetzt!

Ob das diese App einem hilft muss jeder für sich selbst entscheiden. Aber es kommt Standard mäßig mit Zwang zu einem Abo. Achtet darauf dieses ggf sofort zu deaktivieren. Sonst sitzt ihr da wie ich und wundert euch warum Geld von der Kreditkarte abgebucht wird. Sehr intransparent dieses Vorgehen…

Selbst nach 2 Jahren Kündigung wird versucht, von der Kreditkarte abzubuchen!!

The device and app are actually not that bad, but what is absolutely unacceptable is that thy force you to update the app with every new release! I currently cannot continue using my device as I do not have a stable enough internet connection due to being on vacation. I tried to update several times but wouldn’t work! I tried sneaking my way around this but will eventually be stopped at my second breath by the app not working anymore. Absolute horrible user experience! A “remind me later” function would’ve been annoying enough to make people update soon enough!

The app is too complex and the food tracking function is not even worth to be called like this. It has no barcode scanner to precisely identify the food you have eaten respectively does not find many German foods. For such an expensive devise, sold globally, one would expect that this essential function is properly integrated! Get out an learn from those who have done it really well. Get a partnership up and running to improve your strong weakness here.

I stopped using diese App for 2 months. Now I wanted to start again but…no way. When I want to start the measurement, the screen turns black and a purple circle start to rotate. Can’t skip nor get back to previous page. Have to close the app. By trying again, it behaves the same way. I did the update but still no change.

Breathing correctly is almost impossible and a pain in the you know what. Tried at least 30 times for calibration day. Fails each and every time. To slow, not steady enough and so on.... This way that thing is not only useless but frustrating.
App starts only once. When you used it and close it, it does not start anymore. Just shows a empty pupelish screen thats it. When you delete it and reinstall it, it works again but again only for one start. Not good!!!!!!!!!

Das ist eine tolle App. Mit dem diese App kann ich meine Fett Verbrennung überwachen. Ergibt mir Aufschluss darüber wie sich meine Nahrung auf meinen Körper auswirkt. Was ich mir allerdings wünschen würde ist dass es Lumen auch auf Deutsch gibt. So dass auch andere Nutzer aus Deutschland Lumen vielleicht nutzen und mit dem diese App Erfolg haben. Dann gibt es auch fünf Sterne.

The system is well designed and it works in very good shape. But the software (the app on mobile) need to be seriously improved.
First add some more units than the US measuring units for receipt. Second the software is hanging (from time to time) and it doesn’t work before you restart the mobile
Third it would be very nice to make the software more organized (structured) the current structure is a bit confusing

Unfortunately no possibility to scan the barcodes from products instead of typing in every food manually (at least one time for reusage) When will such a feature be available! Or at least a sync from Apple Health where I already log my nutrition via YAZIO!

I am really happy with the decision to buy and use diese App. It helps with understanding the body, respect it and getting into healthyer routines. Some surprising side effects; Such as: training deep breathing.

diese App helped me understand what makes sense in my nutrition and habits (and that is different from what is generally recommended!) Also, I was able to determine my optimal fasting window, which massively aided weight loss.

I have been always struggling with a consistent support of my goals to reduce weight. Mainly because I never understood right the way that max metabolism is working.

Now with my diese App I start to understand and observe my bodies reaction on what I eat.

My diese App is a great device helping me to keep track and be aware of the consequences of my habits.

For me it’s a great tool to change my habits for real.

Lots of information. Easy routines. Science based. Perfect for me.

I read that people are annoyed about the breathing routine. It works for me sometimes even on the first time. Maybe an earlier issue that has been resolved.

I am german and bought this device through Kickstarter. I was impressed to get a Zoom Call by these guys and they almost immediately react on there E-Mail Support. I hope, the app will soon provide german Language as a Choice. But i realy like it. good wishes for the future 👍

This is a fabulous tool! I had read about the science and was incredibly excited that it is accessible for everyone at such a reasonable price and everyday use.
This and a glucose monitor are all you need to really know what is going on with your health.
