Unmöglich! Funktioniert gar nicht ... no go! Läuft nicht ..was man eingibt ..wird ignoriert ..man muss x mal wieder anfangen....
This app is full of bugs and completely useless! It’s more an beta app, unfinished and obviously untested. I’m logged in with my German ROP account and the app sends me messages mainly in Thai language?? Even worse, when I click on these messages in the iPhone notification center they don’t open. Those messages are not there! Furthermore it’s not possible to book “Multi-City “ flights with this app. You can do this only in the browser on the THAI website. How poor is this? This app also shows wrong ROP-profile information and completely outdated information for the current ROP-miles. There is also no back button when in the settings. This app is COMPLETELY USELESS!! I reported all this to the customer department in Bangkok weeks ago. But nobody there cares. Beside this the other app for the wallet “My ROP” stopped working on January 6. I had reported this as well but also here, nobody at THAI Airways cares. Very unprofessional!

Nach Eingabe von Hin-Rückflug-Termin und anschließendem drücken auf‘s Search Button, tut sich gar nichts

Auch nicht in Bangkok.
Hatte ThaiAirways vor einem Jahr schon einmal installiert und wegen gravierenden Mängeln wieder gelöscht. Erneuter Versuch und bin wieder enttäuscht worden ... Beispiel versehentlich in das Untermenü zur Auswahl Essen und kein Weg zurück ohne Fehlermeldung oder Neustart ThaiAirways. Sprachauswahl englisch und trotzdem diverse Auswahlbutton in Thai... Sorry das können andere besser ;-(
Personally I am thinking that Thai Airways has taken the right steps into the right direction with this improved, new version of its application. Yes there is still room for improvement, too many functions e.g. ROP are still only scaled-down versions of the actual website and too often one has leave the application which breaks the UI but overall a solid product now.
