By itself a good and helpful app.
Sadly my debit and credit card are not accepted by the diese App app. Therefore I, as a foreigner, don’t have any payment options left to buy a ticket with.
It would be amazing to have alternative payment options like PayPal or ApplePay.

with this app is not possible due to several functional limitations. Not possible to use bookmarked items in Routes tab. Origin and destination form lines do not support choosing a location from map - only typing possible. Lets search for departures from tram stop no 0431 - list of results is full of routes marked with digit 2 in green color. Then lets the app to plot route of Tram 2 > the plot has does not touch Tram stop no 0431 at all. Within my 8days stay in Helsinki there were lot other examples of nonsense.

Claims „no network connection“ - but all is there on the phone, I could only get a route inside the app - but no ticket purchase or anything else because of missing network connection... new installation also not solves the problem...
Routing as the only working part is much less informative as Google Maps routing.
Absolutely catastrophic app - the worst official transportation app I‘ve ever used.

Just tried to add my credit card to prepare my travel - authentication with my CC provider was successful but the app doesn’t accept it for any reason.
So no real use for an app… deleted

The app in general is fine and worked well when I used it. However, I deleted my private account, but I am still receiving email newsletters. Unsubscribing doesn’t work, because I would have to access my profile, which does not exist anymore. All links in the email itself to get in touch with customer support forward to a 502 error. Website not accessible at all via search - 502 error. Not ideal I would say. Apart from that, shouldn’t all data be deleted once the account is closed? Makes me wonder … Would be great if y’all could fix that so I can unsubscribe.

Not possible to get a route from Helsinki-Vantaa airport to Helsinki-City, any street. Error: unable to contact service. Reason maybe , I tried it from abroad ?? Not really helpful.

The app works fine with Wi-Fi but does not work with mobile data (even if the app is allowed to use them). It displays “Unable to contact service”. If you are traveling, you are most likely using the mobile data and not Wi-Fi. Is the service blocked for visitors from foreign countries (in my case Germany)?

Every time I come to Helsinki I try to use the app and every time it's a fail. It simply won't let me register saying that I don't have any network access.

visiting the city - can’t even buy a ticket or make an account, getting a “unable to contact service” error - only works on wifi which is not helpful

The server is unavailable if you use the app on mobile network if you don’t have a Finnish number - even if you are already in Finland and using local provider via roaming. It’s just ridiculous

A very nice app, which however apparently blocks foreign IP addresses quite heavily. Sadly with roaming the IP address stays blocked which makes the app unusable for me as someone with a foreign phone contract.

This app sucks. Doesn’t work on Apple devices unless you have Finnish mobile pay. Which is only available for Finnish residents.
diese App seem incapable to solve the issue, incompetence more likely. And they do not give a damn about customers except they are Finnish.

At our stay in Helsinki we couldn’t use the App and had trouble to buy tickets.
The App seems not to work with non Finnish SIM Card.

App is only working via Wifi. If you are from another Country also from Europe and are using roaming, the App is not working. If you like to but a Ticket for the Bus, Tram or use/rent a bicycle if you are around, you are not able to do so. It’s not understandable, 2-Years ago everything just went fine.
