The app in general is fine and worked well when I used it. However, I deleted my private account, but I am still receiving email newsletters. Unsubscribing doesn’t work, because I would have to access my profile, which does not exist anymore. All links in the email itself to get in touch with customer support forward to a 502 error. Website not accessible at all via search - 502 error. Not ideal I would say. Apart from that, shouldn’t all data be deleted once the account is closed? Makes me wonder … Would be great if y’all could fix that so I can unsubscribe.
