- SIBO test is not supported, yet seems like a great opportunity
- Recipes cannot be marked as favourite or put into a weekly meal plan to simplify grocery shopping.
- User interface does not always fit on the screen (iPhone 11, iOS 18)
- Not really a minus-point but a suggestion: it would be great if the app could interface with grocery delivery services (like Flink or Picnic or those offered by some supermarkets) such that low FODMAP groceries for each meal can be ordered within one click. This would reduce the long time spent manually visiting and searching through the products of supermarkets to find the right ingredients.
Needs German lists for ingredients and foods
Vor einiger Zeit hatte ich beim Arzt Atemtests durchgeführt, um Unverträglichkeiten herausfinden. Die Ergebnisse sind leider uneindeutig gewesen und hätten wiederholt sowie spezifizierter durchgeführt werden müssen. Die Rechnungen meines Arztes hingegen waren eindeutig 🤑
Mit dem Gerät von diese App und FoodMarble kann ich nun selbst auf die Suche gehen. Wenn ein hoher Wert festgestellt wurde, überlege ich mir, was ich gegessen habe und dann überprüfe ich Bestandteil für Bestandteil. Ist zwar aufwändig, aber günstiger als die Suche mit dem Arzt und am Ende kenne ich meine Feinde... Laktose, Insulin, etc.
