Also good app and with aire2 it’s amazing
I’ve been using this app for 2 months now, I did the discovery program (6 week program) and found it very useful.
I also contacted twice their support line and they gave me detailed and thorough answer on questions I had about my personal experience. I’ve suspected for a long time that I had food intolerances, doing to the fodmap diet is not easy but it’s worth it to understand what triggers the intolerance.
Some improvements can be done to the app for sure (it’s been improved on « trends » during the last 2 months) but understanding our digestion is not simple and we have to read their articles on the blog to get a more comprehensive pictures (very interesting articles by the way)!
