Preordered flowers. Order was accepted and scheduled for delivery. On the delivery day nothing happened. Shop is closed, no response in chat or phone. Support of the app doesn’t care at all. They just take your money and don’t deliver.

app didn’t display the order properly, i informed shop about it immediately, 2 days before the delivery. shop confirmed that they understood, but still failed to deliver. support of the app “answers with delays because or the 8th march”.

are you all discovered about 8th March on the 7th of March? how in 2023 simple shopping functionality can he buggy?

i’ve heard lots of advertising for this service, but you would be better off investing this money in quality of your service. i won’t recommend you to anyone.

This app is easy to use and has a lot of good features to send some flowers. Would be perfect, if translation always worked.

Ich wollte die Blumen für meine Mutter in Russland bestellen, aber man kann nur mit einer russischen Karte bezahlen, das ist doch schade, denn ich habe keine :( Wäre super wenn man auch mit einer europäischen Karte zahlen könnte.

Das eingeben der Adresse ist nicht optimal aber die couriere kriegen es trotzdem hin! TOP

Alles super außer, dass es mir nicht gelingt mit Apple Pay zu bezahlen

Ich habe die Blumen schon öfters über diese App bestellt und war immer davon begeistert. Flowwow gefällt mir auch ganz gut, bestellen ist noch bequemer als über die Webseite. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Many civilise are covered and you can choose a local company to send flowers, cakes and many other options. You can see reviews for the local company and the choose is good.
I’m using this app for many years now and I’m really happy with it. You can use different payment card and even pay with ApplePay

You can’t get to the chat ( also existing one ) before you choose the adress . ( the first field ) I find it’s weird. Because not all the people want to use the app to send flowers. For example I want just to check how it looks like or again go to the existing chat but before I set my adress again and again on the first page I can’t get the access to the app . Developers pay attention!

At first I got confused with the payment but the developer assured that it IS possible to pay by non-russian credit cards, you HAVE TO change the currency to that you're going to pay from.

Taking that into account, I can say that the app is okay, and the service works just fine. I've sent a surprise gift to my mom in a small town! Although, I've payed from someone's else russian bank account but I believe that it was my fault since I hadn't figured it out to change the currency
