Looking for a late Valentine's Day dinner, checked the options ca 10pm. The app said 3 restaurants were open til midnight. Tried to place our order at 11:20, but all 3 restaurants rejected the order, called them, they were all already closed..... So no dinner for us ~
They can’t even work on getting orders right and delivering properly
... but no good service if something goes wrong. In times of high demand (presumably, as there is no indication what the problem is) no clear communication on the reason for delays and insufficient number of agents for the „live chat“ function. No complaints management. Drivers can’t be live tracked on a map.
Have had frequent delays in restaurant orders and never had so much as a „sorry“, let alone reimbursement.
Please check your visa, mastercard and Mpesa online pay. At the moment it has a lot of bugs. Using Jumia app on iphone. All the best
Most of your employees delivering the food bring it in a real mess. Is it because they are driving too harsh or wrong packing from the restaurant?
No complaints at all about the service and follow through. Even in case of mistakes, they are rectified in a reasonably timely fashion. Only problem is with the drivers who cannot follow instructions or don’t know how to read their GPS maps
Apart from small inconveniences an excellent app!!
The all is great but can improve greatly:
- I cannot subscribe to Jumia Prime it does not advance to payment
- often the app does not start with my saved address and I need to restart the app
- live texting with drivers
- estimated minutes and live location sometimes do not update
It’s need a better software and user interface friendly design
