diese App has a very bad service and some restaurants are ALL THE TIME on busy status. Why you just don’t take them out?

Order not placed and always referring the reason to technical problems!!!

The app itself is not bad except that the buttons don’t have a feedback effect.

Idea of the app is to order easier and without phone call - this is Egypt not Europe here everything has a delivery service- the only selling point is to order without having to explain the address every time yet every time you call me to ask for the address before even trying to follow the address and when i asked one of them he answered i am just confirming. Why then i am charged extra fee i will call the restaurant directly then you really need to change this behavior

Imagine knowing that you’ll soon be hungry, give it say 30 min. You pick up your phone to order, and diese App says it will take about 30 minutes for your food to arrive. 40 minutes later, you track your order, and it says the order needs 28 minutes. Crazy, right? You wait. 20 minutes later, it says 17 more minutes—and then again 19 minutes. 22 minutes.

You call the restaurant and they give you the app management’s number. You call the manager, and they lie and tell you 10 more minutes.

In conclusion, this app is slow and unprofessional.

Worst food application ever

App is fine. But if you have an issue with your delivery. They don’t care.

The food they send with diese App are so much worse than when you bring it yourself. Seems they have either a deal with the restaurant or the restaurants dont care. Sad because its cheap. I will not use it anymore. Better pay 3 dinar for taxi then to eat rubbish food.

I've now encountered multiple times that diese App marks a restaurant as "busy" but upon calling the restaurant itself it turned out that the restaurant was not busy at all. Calling the helpline of diese App was pointless since the customer agents have no ability to change the restaurant's status. These problems have been around for months and nothing seems to get done to fix them.

It is not a technology problem at the user end. This happens simultaneously on 2 phones with 2 different accounts and the website as well. It is a problem on your backend. The restaurants in question that I called confirmed that even they can’t get through to someone at diese App to fix their status, and I was told the same when I called the help desk.

The worst application for online food order.
There’s no way you can get in touch with anyone if you have a problem with your Order.
Stay away from this app.

Won’t order again. The fruits and vegetables in my order were old, moldy and rotten. I had to throw most of them out!
Can’t recommend to order fresh produce at all.

Non of the e-payment method works couldn’t even add credit card details the screen is always freezing, the app size is so big and the performance way too bad

Very consistent and very friendly environment. I use diese App regularly and give it a 10/10 rating. I just request that drivers find the location of the order through the app and don’t contact the customers directly via WhatsApp. :)

Nice app, many restaurants to select from. However, selection by area in Doha is a very bad idea where nothing is organized. I mean many restaurants deliver to my area but they are not listed there. Also credit card payment doesn't work, app shows empty screen. Until now, three unsuccessful attempts to order. Try harder!

This app charging me for the delivery of my order while I can order directly through telephone without charging me the delivery. I can spot through this app the available near restaurant and call them directly or the app developer cancel the delivery costs.

Makes ordering so easy!
The price could be maybe one JOD less if you just call the restaurant straight without using the app. But i personally love using the app instead of calling and risking forgetting to order something or have the order be mistaken.
