Worst application in the world. Everything on turkish. Has English options but it’s not working.

Sometimes the app is not possible to be open for hours due to high traffic - They should have a better server, but they don’t.... what a pity! They lost a good customer, I don’t like to support this... I mean even in Corona times the poor delivery services lost lots of orders, due to this bad technics... and I believe diese App don’t give them something back... poor restaurant, bad businesses...

Please add English at least

This application takes you personal informations and sent it to other. I changed all my informations and suddenly got a call by a stranger who threatened me, because for month she got my delivery informations with address and phone number. This is ridiculous! Don’t use this application!

Banabi is the equivalent of ‘Getir’ (on paper), but even though I had my address written correctly, they failed to deliver because my location services for the app was not permitted. You shall not design an app like this, I prefer Getir from now on, sorry about that. Hope you fix this bs soon

Doesn't start most of the times, but if it does ordering is almost impossible.
I don't understand why there isn't a good app. 90% of the time people would use their phone to order, I guess.
