I have been charged 4 times £2 as I was trying to create an account. Each time I tried there was an error message at the end of my registration and I was eventually unable to create an account, in addition to being charged £8 for nothing. I would like actions to be taken please. These transactions voided or a refund processed. Look forward to hearing from the customer service (I sent 3 emails and have been waiting on the phone for 25min to get an operator - to no avail).
App never worked, took ages to create an account. Lost my time and afternoon, actions should be taken. Not worth the money. Bikes terminals don’t even work. Looking forward to another bike company.
The amount is withdrawn from the card, but it says payment unsuccessful....
The application is really basic, but how come you cannot favourite the stations you use the most ?!
That should have been part of the minimum viable product for sure... As-is, it's not interesting enough to use.
Even planning the journey was not giving a satisfactory result.
That's a pity, the design overall is not bad, just the functionalities are lacklustre
