I downloaded the app and successfully rented 2 bikes for 1 day. Just the Hub concept to return the bikes at the end of day was a little bit confusing.
The day after, wanted to rent 2 bikes again. As there was no 2 bikes at the same location, I took a first one and move to a second Hub. First surprise, impossible to add another bike. Ok, so we download the app on another on a second phone, and registered by Facebook. Impossible to book, registration blocked on the name (impossible to fill). So ended my first rental (and lost the money) to select 2 bikes. Impossible ! Error after error, either card error (I tried several ones) or appli error. Very bad experience.
