Enregistrement intuitif et rapide. Par contre, le service de renvoi du billet par mail n'a pas fonctionné.

However, when I tried to check-in a day before flight departure, I was unable to check-in from smartphone and laptops.
Please fix this time-saving functionality for travelers and staff.

Enrollment is extremely long and too detailed.
And even logged in you still have to punch your email and phone number to check in

Totally useless, It took me 5 hours to book a flight on iOS system. Interface is everything but user friendly

It just redirects you to the webpage of the service you select in the first menu. Pages are then full size and you spend your time zooming in and out. It's 2015 Air India, wake up!

Completely useless, I tried it over several times and never works.

Le décollage s'est effectué avec 1h30 de retard sur l'horaire prévu ce qui a entraîné un empêchement de correspondance avec le vol en connection. Comment obtenir une compensation de frais de nouvel achat de billet d'avion pour la connection ?
