It just redirects you to the webpage of the service you select in the first menu. Pages are then full size and you spend your time zooming in and out. It's 2015 Air India, wake up!
Completely useless, I tried it over several times and never works.
Totally useless, It took me 5 hours to book a flight on iOS system. Interface is everything but user friendly
Not possible to choose the seat on the app, as you can do on website (when it works...)
