The more you update the worst it gets, now it is switching from english to thai for no reason. Getting slower and slower, and this is not due to internet connection, revert to a fast working app or you are going to loose clients .....

Using Lazada in Singapore.
Really not great compared to other similar sites for general items (in terms of user friendliness, of price and of choice) but I have to use it for RedMart food deliveries. And it just isn’t good.
Very confusing system when you get to your shopping cart.
Search function is crap (the app suggests/auto-types results, and then says “no results”!).
If I had an alternative, I would not use Lazada.

I've been looking hours, in the end I found the page with the country flags so I cannot be wrong there are 6 different Asian flags all is written in Thai, there is no English or American flag and so sure 100% no English form of this App, at least available in Thailand! So I buy only with my Mac Book where for computer first there is sn English version and doble click translate the whole page in Englis on the iPhone IMPOSSIBLE TO BUY ON LAZADA 100% in Thai

Since Redmart was moved to Lazada, everything degraded very fast. We lost the possibility to update the order. Delivery used to be the next day, or even sometime same day if orders early enough, now we need to order several days ahead. I am moving to another online grocery store after only a few months. I had been a very happy customer of Redmart for many years!

They’re unable to process foreign cards and support is unable to understand how to fix that and wants so many data and photo of the card etc. I just gave up and use competitors who are more serious and know how to proceed and secure foreign cards.

customer service is 0. called from abroad their customer hotline but waited 15 mins without any answer. what a waste of my time and money. now, i do not want to use ever this application anymore.

App is way to confusing. Too many items displayed on the screen. Menu is not clear

Good app but so many improvements I’m waiting for years !
For instance, the customers’ comments written in another language cannot be translated so they are not useful 🥴.
The customer should also be able to choose a delivery company when he wants to avoid an inefficient one (Kerry) ! …..

What a step down from the seamless redmart experience. This is horrible and I may well revert to store-shopping. Will certainly look for other online grocery options.
