This app does not look like online shopping app. So many adds and very unprofessional. Looks like scamming app. Please make it look and feel professional.
View all orders not working anymore since one month customer service is not able to resolve

They are unable to verify my phone number because it’s from a new range of numbers. Customer care was very unhelpful and had me provide proof of the number so I can verify the number (the irony of that) and then went silent for weeks without resolving the problem.
I don’t understand why a phone number is necessary (other than linking my identity across services) and how they manage to not resolve such a simple issue. Therefore the app remains unusable.
They try to send you things you never ordered and the they ask you to cancel orders that you never placed. Big confusion.
This app should be used in teaching UX designers on how to not do it. The project management team probably still misses Windows XP. I’m using this app a lot, every few days actually, but I hate the user experience.
It’s like they didn’t even bother filtering the seller. I bought 3 items from 3 diff shops on this app, all of them were dissapointing. 1 came up to be fake item, 1 was false item and the other 1 was in bad quality.
Frequent updates urges you to download the app again and again. For what? For article price changes they need to update the app? Ridiculous! Only way to escape: delete it! Lazada is not the hub of the world.
For non Thai speakers, it would be most helpful if one could copy text from the app for translation. Obviously it would be even better, if the app could translate supplier content (to English) itself.

Please give support for use in iPad in landscape mode. I have a keyboard attached to my iPad. It is not easy to to use in portrait mode.

Logon-with-Google-Button not working. I cannot use the app to place orders now. Have to use my laptop now because also the browser on my phone switches to the app automatically. A bit annoying.
