Je préférais largement hipmenu
L’interface était plus simple et plus jolie
Et aussi plus rapide... je comprends pas l’utilité de la fusion..
Impossible de prendre une commande pour ma part, appli beuguée le bouton « place your order » est en chargement constant et donc inopérant...
Impossible de me connecter à mon espace personnel également (foodpanda me dit « email mot de passe incorrect » en permanence )

Bref nul et j’ai faim, vu que ma commande n’arrive pas
Ça ne répond tout simplement pas à mes attentes
Il faut réagir et vite !!!

Appli super pratique que j'utilise à Pattaya ! Les délais sons parfois un peu long mais jamais plus d'une 1h ! Les prix sont raisonnables et bon service.

A Singapour dans le quartier Serangoon il y a à peu près tout type de cuisine

J'ai utilisé foodpanda en Thaïlande, c'est génial tout ce que vous aimez est la!!
Dommage qu'elle ne marche pas en France....

Simple et pratique

Nu este de conceput ca in anul 2020... majoritatea restaurantelor sa nu livreze in cartierul zorilor (lângă golden Tulip). Pana acum câteva luni se putea livra oriunde și nu înțeleg de ce in loc sa evoluam regresăm.. suntem profund dezamăgiți de serviciul Food panda.

Thai cuisine is my favourite and when I had a very early departure I used this app to get delivery from a super popular and excellent restaurant in Chiang Mai. So my last meal in the city ended up being equally delicious as all my others! Usually this restaurant had a long line up and I was able to eat my dinner in the comfort of my room before heading to bed early. Highly recommended! I’ll definitely be using this for my next trip for those exhausting arrival and departure days without having to miss out on the best food in the world!

The service itself is quite good, however the app can get annoying. It’s impossible to browse a restaurant’s menu from a previous order, sometimes it’s even impossible to find it by name search. From the cart, it’s difficult to go back to the restaurant as well to add more items. Finally, there is no way to save restaurants to a favorite list and that’s really annoying. Ordering more than once to the same restaurant always gets tricky, how can the developers not think about that??
One more thing, cancelling an order is not intuitive at all, sometimes I pressed the order button by mistake and I had to figure out how to cancel the order before it actually started being prepped. It was not obvious at all...

2 jours que j’attends plus de 2 heures et je ne reçois rien à la fin et je me retrouve sans rien manger. Manque d’effectif ou de professionnalisme.

I keep on using it but I think they are not very serious about taking off the restaurants that are really bad.
I had a very bad experience with a restaurant. We orders rice and we had a cockroach in it. I complained about the restaurant and they took off the restaurant for few days and then the really bad restaurant was bad again on food panda.

foodpanda est vraiment très pratique, juste un clic et en quelques minutes la commende est arrivée.

I only can see 5 or 6 restaurant from the app. I’m living at only 5 kilometers far from a big mall with hundred restaurant but food panda only offer me McDonald, Pizza Hut and 2 or 3 dessert restaurants. 1 month ago I could order from many many other restaurant from the same area but today it’s impossible it’s mean that restaurants don’t want to work no more with food panda. So now I order with LINE MAN or GRAB FOOD a little bit more expensive but good service, delivery people speaks English and are super polite and hundreds choice of restaurant.
So I don’t recommend food panda it’s a real bad company not serious, always late and poor service!

Although Im a good customer ordering a lot I have to give 1 star. The app suffer from way too many issues that results in wasting tens of minutes to hours to get an order through.

Disaster.

First order to this restaurant. Order was incomplete, rider was directed opposite to my house and food was delivered 1 hour late, yes 60mn on top of the 25 mn announced. Unbelievable!!! The most interesting is that, panda food did not proactively refunded the missing item and offered a 2SGD voucher only valid for a month for the delay. Some have yet to learn how to treat customers.

Terrible service afterward when trying to put a claim in place. The first agent closed the conversation before the discussion was finished, the second agent could not give me a proper explanation of the delay.

At 18:07 I was told a supervisor will call me within 30mn. It is now 19:27, I have lost hope.

Brands and customer service organization can make such a difference when something goes wrong. They can turn distracted into advocates, but also advocates into truly disappointed customers.

Request a local phone number. As a tourist, it was impossible to order.

The prices are much cheaper than its competitor and the range of restaurants available is really nice! I would totally recommend!
However, if you are a foreigner like me who cannot speak Chinese, it can be a bit tricky at times when communicating over the phone...I wish they would hire more people with at least basic English knowledge!

C’est la première fois que j’utilise foodpanda et je suis très déçue! Cela fait littéralement 1h et 45 minutes que j’ai commandé et je n’ai toujours rien!
