Support discontinued ?

have purchased a number of back issues of good food magazine to peruse on my IOS devices (issues from 2011 to 2020).
However, I am not able to see them properly anymore - in particular the older issues. On both Ipad Air and Iphone 8, the app is fine and the magazine downloads OK, but when viewing I have two different problems
1- Ipad Air : when clicking on the cover, I see briefly the first page, and the screen goes white shortly after. If I press the screen, I can see the pages at the bottom, but selecting one does the same : white screen. It used to work on this device 6 months ago.
Iphone 8 : app OK, download OK, but the format of the pages is almost illegible, the recipes/images are all over the place.

As no PC option is available, I feel I have lost access in spite of buying these back issues. If no solution is found, I may need a full reimbursement.
The “support” link does not link.

Disappointed by new version!

I loved the search option in the old version. It was great to be able to look for an ingredient or recipe in the current or all issues! Why was it taken away? Please put it back or let me go back to the previous app version!!!

Good food for iPad

Just what I had been waiting for !
So handy to use in the kitchen when you are cooking, brilliant photographs, fantastic design .
You can very conveniently enlarge whatever part of the recipe you need .
I will definitely subscribe to the paper version of the magazine to enjoy the free version for iPad that is thrown in .

Great Food

I love this app. I already had the mag but it's so handy on the iPad. The shopping list is great but could you think about a menu planner aswell? I'll be using this alot. Thank you!
