J’utilisais depuis 2 ans Zomato géniale et curieusement, il semble que mon accès soit bloqué. J’ai supprimé et remis Zomato mais rien n’y a fait. Une idée pour que ça fonctionne ?
Suis en France mais ai besoin de réserver des restaurants à Dubaï. Merci

Simple, efficace, support rapide et utile. A utiliser sans modération

Having been a user for a long time of cette application, I am disappointed with my recent orders through the app. 3 times the restaurant didn’t get my new address and the food was sent to my old address.
Twice I ordered « add on » with my food and paid supplements that were never delivered. Last order was disastrous, restaurant never received my order through the app, I had to call one hour after to discover this and same issue with address, it was sent to my old one.
Each time I got in touch with an agent through the chat section and not once I got an efficient follow up, everytime it was « restaurant will call you to fix the issue » and then nothing was done, neither the restaurant called nor the cette application team fixed anything!

It has been my worst experience with this app during this week they reject my order without any reason, they collect the money after reject the orders without informing me which is not acceptable it was much better this app before now it’s horrible

How amazing diner we had at the Texas bbq , our ribs and smoked pizza was just delicious we come for the first time here but definitely will be back and let’s know our friend about this place , ambiance , view , food and staff are so nice and friendly. Thank you and keep going such welcome and food quality

We cannot chat anymore when we have an issue for a missing item at delivery... we don’t have any choice in the list...

I’ve given cette application a try multiple time thinking the service might have improved through the years. Unfortunately they didn’t catchup with the competition. 1 out of 2 times I fave challenges with cette application. Extra long delivery time, and in some cases poorly trained support service personnel.
Not sure what else to say. I’m just tired of their apologies with no concrete steps or commitments taken to avoid such issue again.

Just give us your money, and if a problem happens, we’ll .. there’s nothing they can do about it. I waited for an order for 1 hour and 40 min. And all they could do was say .. sorry .. there’s nothing we can do.

Really great app, the ratings are usually very reliable. You have all the info you need on a restaurant in a single platform. Menu, pictures, ratings, opening hours etc just use it!!!!

Valet not assigned to pick up after 45 mins from placing order…. Real real disappointment

cette application is really Amazing. We get food whenver we want. We like that! Our home of funfilled days and years, when the shining spirits burn. We welcome you from far and near, I dont remember

I was ordering some food in restaurant I ask them not spicy because I’m allergic ,
They come with spicy order . So I contact cette application again to inform them and rohit name of the client service say that he can’t do any refund , he’s sorry and that set .
Not professional at all ! They make the mistake , because I put in instruction plus I ask cette application to tell them not spicy , but they don’t do anything .

I like the service that I can check where is the driver now with GPS.
I put 4 stars means some restaurants are can not have same system.
If all restaurant are can do it and on time delivery i will put 5stars.

App is user friendly, database is rich, community is large and have a lot of reviews from many place. Keep up the good work

Hi, i have used the application since a few months and i was very enjoyed by it. Nevertheless, i ordered something 2 days ago, for an amount of 60dollars and after 2 hours waiting, the order did not arrived. I asked to be payed back but i have no news. It is unacceptable. Please fix the problem the soonest possible.
