Ne souhaite pas me rembourser mon trajet. Le bus n’est pas passé et à continuer son chemin. Je suis resté toute la nuit dehors dans le froid et depuis une semaine, tous les jours j’essaie d’être entendu. Je perds un temps fou. C’est complètement hallucinant. Je suis passé à « Ixigo » qui pour les trains et les bus est parfait.
cette application m’a vendu un billet Lima Moyobamba pour deux personnes (Peru). Arrivés à la gare routière, le guichet de la compagnie (almanecer selva) est fermé. Nous téléphonons à cette compagnie qui nous dit qu’aucune sortie n’était prévue alors que nous avions la réservation pour ce jour (1 novembre 2024). Aucune réponse de la part Red Bus à ma demande de remboursement. À fuir, je n’utiliserai plus Red Bus.
Je demande au téléphone ou est l’adresse exacte pour monter dans le bus que j’ai réservé pour dans deux jours car on me donne seulement un lieu dit que je ne trouve pas. Le mecs me
dit « non t’inquiète t’es ou la? je viens te chercher ». et il raccroche.
This app is absolutely useless, because the bus tickets you buy do not exist on the bus companies systems once you show up at the stations. And the customer service is as bad as the app : I tried to cancel a ticket as the policies allowed me to, and they always refused to pay me back though they had to.
Conclusion : you’ll be way better off doing it the good old way. Go to the station, buy your ticket at the counter, take the bus, and enjoy.
The app doesn’t bring any solution to talk to someone of the customer service. My train got cancelled since 4 days now but the app isn’t mentioning it. Also you will only get FAQ after clicking on « Chat with us » in help. I feel scammed.

Very worst customer service they are providing. Not properly responding to the queries. Frustrated.
