They still haven’t refunded me for the ticket that they canceled and it’s been almost a month!!!! Their customer support is not responding. Worst company ever; avoid it as the plague!!!!
It’s kind of a scam. When booking a bus you have a option to make your ticket refundable, if you pay extra. When we canceled our ticket, because the bus wasn’t fitting our timeline anymore, we couldn’t get a refund, because their policy only allows you to cancel, when a family member dies etc. What a sick way to get money out of people’s pockets!!
I had to deactivate all notifications just to have a bit of peace. All in all a usable app but the spamming is unacceptable.
in some locations there are additional charges when “redeeming” the ticket booked online. this is not transparent when booking. also, there is zero support in case things go wrong (bus unsafe, different to what was booked, late, cancelled, etc.). and things do go wrong.
When I enter source and destination and then search for connections app for getting closed before dislaying options.
Booking tickets is fine but I trusted and planned my trip with the times shown on the app. As they were wrong I missed my bus. When I asked for refund or discount diese App of cause didn’t see any fault on their side... not nice 👎
App shows technical error and stops the payment when I use the coupon.
I book the train for Aluva to mangalore jutn. At the time of 13:47pm. I reached the station at 13:00 pm. But the train is already departed. This app is not updated for the timing for the train. The app showing the time for train at 13:47pm but actually the train departed at morning 10:30 am . I am not satisfied for this type of service.

Die ersten paar Busse konnten wir Problemlos buchen. Auf meinem Gerät funktionierte plötzlich das zahlen nicht mehr und ein paar Tage später bei meiner Freundin auch nicht mehr. Support nicht vorhanden bzw. das „help“ in redBus ist nur ein Platzhalter. Während wir auf dem Weg zur Ticketcounter waren konnten wir über redBus verfolgen wie nach und nach alle Busse ausgebucht wurden
