Le pire vol de ma vie, hier entre Osaka et Kualalumpur.
Arrivée dans l’avion avec une musique digne d’une discothèque déjantée. Installation spartiate, étroite et inconfortable.
Par de radio, pas d’écran pour accompagner du moindre film cet horrible vol de ...... 7 heures.
Le pompom, entouré d’enfants agités et bruyants.
Plus jamais Air Asia dans ces conditions, le low cost oui mais un peu de respect ne coute rien.
Impossible de se faire rembourser car très mal expliqué. Je pense que c’est fait exprès de leur part ! Je ne réserverais plus avec Air Asia. Je déconseille !
My wife & myself was rejected on check in because we were less than 5 min late...
So we miss our flight and the consecutive booking in KK.
Then I book another flight early morning day after but something happened during my reservation and I book wrong time... I came to customer service desk and they refund only RM250 from both ticket.
In summary I pay arround RM1500 for one way ticket to KK for 2 persons.
I really upset on Air Asia staff behavior here.
Your app is terrible, I had to book it twice to be able to get the flight payment through. I had to change flight dates, as the prices for the actual date of travel changed! Not cool! Same thing again this time! The app crashed and had to do it all over again!
Prices for add services increases when you will be take them !!! It’s not fair ! You have to stop that !!

This new app replaces the previous one which had not worked for some months (airports would not load).
The new app has no flight status info and does not support multitasking (if you leave the app then it reloads when you go back). It also seems very slow.
Otherwise it seems to work fine though I haven't tried buying a ticket.
I love using AirAsia but really you guys need to update the app regularly. It’s really annoying when you open the app to buy a ticket or modify your bookings, then it said that the app needs to be updated and this happens so many time. Thanks!
Hello since there is update is impossible to print the PDF ticket to AirPrint or either share it, very annoying since some Embassy or Airlines request the printed ticket
