Cannot recommend to book any flights here. Delayed, no information, one of our flights was postponed from 6:45 in the morning to 11, without any notification. Bad service, app has more bugs than useful features, Check-in is a desaster. Seriously, spend 10 $ more and use another airline.

Schlimmste App überhaupt. War kurz vorm abschließen meiner Buchung als alles abstürzte, das dreimal. Keine Ahnung ob ich nun den Flug gebucht habe oder nicht.
Man kann bei dieser Airline nur über AirAsiaMOVE einchecken. Allein das ist eine Zumutung. Richtig absurd wird es, wenn die erforderliche Registrierung gar nicht erst funktioniert.
Was auf der Seite möglich ist, hört AirAsiaMOVE auf eine Eingabe zu akzeptieren. Schade!

An sich ist AirAsiaMOVE ok, allerdings stürzt sie ständig ab. Sei es beim Buchungen suchen oder beim online check in.

I've used this app to book a flight in Thailand and it worked. Unfortunately whenever I switch back from another app it resets to the start. This is especially annoying when I just want to copy my local phone or credit card number from other apps and find out that I have to fill out everything again. When I want to checkin I have to fill in my booking number all other info which I already provided. Please make the app more usable!
