I am just freaking trying to get in contact with a human agent but the application is extremely unhelpful and useless and their call center is even worse
So basic it makes you cry. No way to know your balance - both data or voice - or trace your usage. The beauty of not having competition I guess. Shame.
Useless, many features are disabled now
Impossible to download the app after the ios7 update.
We need a solution please.

Since the new update it's impossible to install the app, and can't redownload it either
